In-Bar Protein is extremely useful when on a diet, but I was curious about the details of all types of nutritional ingredients (protein, fat, and carbohydrates).
So, I looked into it.

If you look at it this way, you can get more than 10g of protein per serving.
The most important thing to pay attention to is fat.
Granola, Granola Cocoa Flavor, and Healthy Chicken extremely low in fat (0.7-0.8g) .
Healthy chicken has the least amount of carbohydrates.
There are slightly more wafers and granola.
Considering the above, healthy chicken seems to be the best in terms of numbers.
But to be honest, the taste is not good...

My personal conclusion is
"Basically, you can eat whatever you want as long as it falls within the macro management rules.
On days when you're concerned about fat, try granola, granola cocoa flavor, or healthy chicken."
That's kind of cool.
By the way, when I look at Morinaga & Co.'s website, it appears that Healthy Chicken is no longer included in their product lineup (at the time of publication).
