I went to Atsuta Shrine for New Year's visit 2017
It's 2017.
Happy new year
This year is the year of the Rooster, so I want it to be a year of flight in many ways.
That's why I went to Atsuta Shrine again this year for the New Year's visit.
From the Atsuta Shrine main gate (south gate) to the grounds
This year, we entered the precincts from the main gate (south gate).
Before entering the torii gate, bow once and walk away from the center.
A certain Mr. Ebara said that it is good to take the first step with your outside foot.
Chozuya (chozuya, chozusha, temizuya, temizusha, there are apparently many ways to read it).
Before visiting the shrine, wash your hands and rinse your mouth here.
However, there was a line.
The following is a reference for how to do it.

On the north side of the Chozuya is a large camphor tree that is approximately 1,000 years old.
It is a very thick and magnificent camphor tree.
Visit to Ogakiuchi
This year, I visited Ogakiuchi Shrine.
Purchased a ticket for a special visit to Ogakiuchi in the New Year.
From here onwards, it is a particularly sacred place, so photography is prohibited.
After all, standing inside the main shrine's main shrine's walls makes you feel relaxed.
Finally, I drew a fortune.
The result was Nakayoshi (I forgot to take a picture on the spot).
A certain Mr. Ebara said that it's a good idea to stick your fortune in your notebook without tying it, but what does that actually mean?
A food stall on the way to Jingu Nishi Station on the way back.
It was very crowded.
With that feeling, I successfully completed my visit.
This is the story of my first visit to Atsuta Shrine.
