Steps to change and update from iOS Developer Program to Apple Developer Program
One of the troublesome aspects of distributing iOS apps is annual updates.
By paying donations to Apple every year, you can distribute apps on the App Store.
The season for updates has arrived, and with this update, the iOS Developer Program has been changed to the Apple Developer Program.
Therefore, I will leave the update procedure as a memorandum below.
Apple Developer Program update instructions
For now, when you log into iTunes Connect, it says "Developer Program Membership Expired." ↓
Yes, it's expired.
I did it...
However, it can be renewed even if it expires.
Click on the blue ``Member Center.''
Click on the blue text "renew your membership" in the Member Center. ↓
Check the checkbox and click "Continue" at the bottom right. ↓
By the way, the amount of donations has increased since the iOS Developer Program, probably because the things you can do have increased since it has been integrated into the Apple Developer Program.
Well, this can't be helped.
The next screen will say "Review your purchase details". ↓
Review your purchase details and click Continue.
The next screen will say "Program License Agreement." ↓
If you have read and agree to the terms and conditions, check the box and click "I Agree".
The next screen will say "Complete your purchase on the Apple Online Store." ↓
Click "Buy Now" to proceed to the purchase process at the Apple Store.
Sign in if you are not already signed in. ↓
Review or correct your payment information if necessary, then click Continue at the bottom right. ↓
After confirming the information, if you are happy with it, click "Confirm Order" in the bottom right corner. ↓
It's OK when you see this screen. ↓
After completing the above steps, you will shortly receive an email similar to the one below.
The update procedure is now complete.
Afterword
That's how I was able to update successfully.
I thought it would be a hassle, but it only took about 5 minutes, so I didn't have to worry about anything.
